Q: What are the questions like in the journals?
Each journal is unique! The questions have been mindfully created with reflection, self-growth, and self-celebration in mind. They are to spark memories as well as excitement for the present and future.
Q: What is your shipping policy?
We appreciate your orders and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Once your journal has shipped you will receive notification including a tracking number for your reference.

Q: Do you provide rush orders?
Yes, we do. There are options to upgrade at checkout for various shipping methods. Please be advised we are not responsible for delayed postal services.
Q: When will I receive my order?
We ship every order within 1-3 business days. Our preferred shipping carrier is Canada Post, but we have used UPS, Fedex and Canpar in some instances.
In most cases, orders within Canada are typically received by the buyer within 2-7 business days. Orders within the U.S.A are typically received within 7-14 business days. Upgrade delivery options are available at checkout.

We currently ship to Canada, the U.S.A and the U.K.
Q: What is your return/exchange policy?
To be eligible for a return and refund or exchange, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Forward your order number and details through Contact Us form on main page or at info@robynliechti.com
Product must be unused and in original packaging to be considered for a refund. Upon inspection of returned item, you will receive an email notification with refund details. Your refund amount will be for your original order amount, minus shipping fees.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Q: Can I have a journal gift wrapped?
Yes! Once the journal is in your shopping cart, select the gift wrapping option on the bottom left of your screen. You can also add a gift message.
